Brass inserts are threaded metal inserts designed to be embedded into a substrate material. They feature internal threads that allow for the insertion of screws, bolts, or other threaded components.

How Do Customer Develop Brass Insert With Factory?

Below is the introduction of the developing process,so that customers will know how to do and how long time the project can carry out.

Normally before touch us ,customers always have find the injection equipment factory,the injection mould factory (if you don’t know,we can introduce good quality factories for you,they are with long-term cooperation with us for these projects), so we just introduce from the brass insert design: according to the market, we can advise or customers can share with samples from local market to improve, afterwe get all the data, we will design and discuss with mould factory for dimension and tolerance which will be confirmed finally by customers, then we will make samples (15 days when with new mould), we could supply first 3-5 pieces of each item for the checking to customer and mould factory;after confirm we will make second core testing samples (20-200 pieces according to different sizes); then all testing problem solved, the batch production order will begin, it will take 40 days.
